MTAC-WLA e-directory

As more and more parents and students use the internet to find private music teachers, MTAC-WLA is trying to provide an on-line self-referral service for our community. All active members of MTAC-WLA will be listed in the MTAC-WLA e-directory BY NAME & INSTRUMENT(S) ONLY, giving parents direct and instant confirmation of a teacher's professional status.

However, contact information (city/zip code, phone number, e-mail address, and website address) will be provided for those members who wish to have their contact information available to the community on-line.

If you would like to have your contact information listed in the MTAC-WLA e-directory, please complete and submit the following form.  Please fill in only the fields you want published.  All fields are optional.

When you are finished filling out the form, please remember to push the "submit" button.  You will receive a confirmation sheet with your entered data.

If you do not submit a form, only your name and instrument(s) will be listed.
